FAQs

What vegetables go with seafood?

Seafood is so versatile that it goes with just about every veggie out there. Leafy greens are an obvious choice, as they contrast in color and flavor your seafood dishes.

How long will seafood keep in the fridge?

If fresh, store it in the fridge immediately and cook it within 2-3 days.
If cooked, it will last in the fridge for 4-5 days.
If you’d like to store it in the freezer, seafood will last for up to two months.

Shrimp vs. Prawn

These two shellfish are pretty similar, but they’re not quite the same. Prawns often live in freshwater, and shrimp live in saltwater. However, you can use shrimp or prawns interchangeably in your seafood recipes.
