– tomatoes diced – red onion diced – jalapeños  – cucumber diced – garlic minced – juice from 1 lime – chopped fresh cilantro or parsley – salt and black pepper to taste

– garlic clove minced – olive oil – fresh squeezed lemon juice – balsamic vinegar – honey – chopped fresh parsley and basil – salt and fresh ground black pepper to taste

FOR DRESSING

– Combine ingredients; tomatoes, onion, cucumber, jalapeno, lime and herbs. Season with salt and pepper
