Divide loaf of bread in half or three equal parts. Spread mustard and mayo on the bottom and top halves. Layer with ham, pork, cheese, and pickles.
If cooking on a panini: Place your sandwich inside and cook for 4-5 minutes until golden brown and crisp. If using a cast iron or skillet: Add butter, place sandwich on hot pan, press it down with another pan until the first side crisps.
