Mix cornstarch with juice or water in a separate bowl. Stir it into the saucepan and bring to a boil. Simmer.
Season chicken wings with salt, black pepper, and Jerk Spice. Drizzle with oil to prevent sticking. Grill the wings for 20-30 minutes on medium heat, flipping every few minutes.
