KALE SALAD

HOW TO MAKE

Identify tough stems. Fold, cut stems, and slice kale into small pieces.

Place kale in a bowl. Add olive oil, lemon juice, sea salt. Massage to soften.

Combine kale with cabbage, brussels sprouts, broccoli slaw, cranberries, and pumpkin seeds.

Pour poppy seed dressing over the salad for a burst of flavor.
