Drain sauce, simmer mackerel, onions, curry. Add parsley, cool. Set aside.
Mix water, yeast. Combine flour, sugar, salt, margarine. Knead dough smooth.
Cover dough, let rise 30-45 mins. It'll double in size.
Divide dough, roll flat. Spoon fish mix, roll up.
Heat oil (375°F). Fry pies 5 mins till golden. Avoid overcrowding.
Remove pies, drain. Serve warm or at room temp. Enjoy!
