Brush lightly with oil, then add salt and Creole seasoning.

Add salmon to the pan and sear for 3-4 minutes on each side until desired doneness.
Blanch carrots for 3-4 minutes in salted water. Then sauté veggies with garlic, Creole seasoning, and water/broth until tender.
