Homemade Crescent Rolls

Combine yeast & water in mixer. If by hand, use large bowl. Wait 5 mins till yeast dissolves.

Preparing Ingredients

Microwave milk, butter, sugar, & salt. Let cool if too hot to avoid killing yeast.

Mixing Dough

Pour butter mix into bowl or stand mixer. Mix, whisk in eggs, then gradually add 3¾ cups flour.

Kneading the Dough

Hand mixing: knead on floured surface for 6-8 mins. Place dough in greased bowl, let rise for 1½-2 hours.

Shaping Crescent Rolls

Divide dough, roll into 12" rounds, cut into 16 wedges. Roll up wedges, forming crescent shapes.

Baking

Place rolls on oiled pan, let rise for 30 mins.  Preheat oven to 400℉, bake 12-14 mins till golden.

Serve warm with butter. Enjoy!
