PUMPKIN ROLL CAKE

Delicious fall treat!

Oven at 375℉. Mix dry ingredients. Beat eggs, sugars, pumpkin. Spread batter, bake 12-15 mins.

Prepping Cake

Sprinkle towel with sugar. Loosen baked cake, transfer to towel. Carefully roll, let cool, trim edges, refrigerate.

Towel & Rolling

Beat cream cheese, butter, vanilla. Gradually add powdered sugar until smooth.

Cream Cheese Mix

Unroll cooled cake, spread filling. Roll tightly, refrigerate for an hour.
