Whisk soy sauce, chicken stock, cornstarch, and honey.
Heat skillet with 2 tbsp oil. Quick stir of garlic and ginger for 1 min.
Add onions, cook 2-3 mins. Introduce shrimp, cook for 1-2 mins. Pour in soy sauce mixture, thicken.
Include vegetables, bell pepper, green onions, 2-3 mins. Add basil, adjust with broth, season.
