Preheat to 375℉. Grease & line a 15x10-inch pan.
Dry Ingredients
Combine flour, baking powder, soda, spices, and salt in a medium bowl.
Wet Ingredients
Beat eggs, granulated & brown sugar till thick. Add pumpkin puree, mix in dry ingredients.

Spread mixture in pan, add nuts if desired. Bake for 12-15 mins until toothpick comes out clean.
Rolling the Cake
Sprinkle towel with powdered sugar. Remove cake, roll using towel, and let cool.
Beat cream cheese, butter, vanilla until smooth. Add powdered sugar gradually.
Unroll cake, spread filling, roll again. Refrigerate, dust with powdered sugar, and slice.
